Programme Manager - Social Sustainability & Integrity, UN Global Compact Network UK
Caterina is an Italian professional with a passion for corporate sustainability. In her early career, she worked at the Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations (FAO) in Rome and CSR Europe in Brussels, where she helped companies improving their sustainability management and transparency. Caterina joined the UK Network of the United Nations Global Compact – the world largest corporate sustainability initiative – in 2017. During the last 3 years, she has been supporting corporate members on a variety of issues including modern slavery, human rights and the sustainable development goals (SDGs). She currently heads up the UK Network’s Social Sustainability programme, including a Diversity & Inclusion Working Group and several activities on gender equality.
Caterina has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Florence and an MSc in Economics and Management in Public Administration and International Institutions from Bocconi University.
