Commander Felicity Campbell

Commander Felicity Campbell has been a Serving member of the Royal Navy for 27 year both as a reservist and as a full time Officer. An intensive Care Nurse by trade, her careers has been a matrix or roles latterly focussing in the personnel field. Two Operational Tours in Afghanistan as Officer in Charge of Intensive Care in Camp Bastion, Helmand Province preceded herpromotion to Commander in 2012 following which she was employed in personnel policy and complaints management for the medical branch further cemented her experience in HR. Her final posting in Regular Service was as Chief of Staff for the Naval Regional Command for Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Now delivering the strategy and operational delivery of the RN Community Engagement teams across the UK, Cdr Campbell is committed to creating a Diverse and Inclusive workforce which attracts the best talent to Serve in the Royal Navy.
