This exclusive tour, led by a Yeoman Warder, will take you behind-the-scenes to experience your very own glimpse of life and death inside the walls of the world-famous fortress, The Tower of London. Exploring areas which are normally hidden from public view, this tour uncovers the secrets that lurk off the beaten track. Among the locations, you will visit are the Lower Queen’s House; St Thomas Moore’s and St John Fisher’s cells; The Chapel Royal Crypt and the Yeoman Warder’s Club.

20 Years of Continual Change for the Better by Warrant Officer Sarah Cotman, Royal Air Force, 

This session will cover how far the Royal Air Force has come from a point of legal barring of LGBT people serving in the Armed Services, and many roles being closed to female personnel. To a point
of inclusion, openness and truly striving to get the very best talent serving their country. This will cover some of how we got there in the areas of attracting a diverse workforce, retaining them and advancing both the organisation and the people within it. Sarah will cover her own personal experiences within this time frame, both her professional work to support the culture change but also her own sense of belonging and development throughout.
