Miranda Cope
Commissioned Officer, Royal Air Force
Miranda is a graduate of the University of Birmingham and King's College London and is an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company. She previously served seven years as an officer in the Royal Air Force where she led and managed teams in deployments across the globe and was notably recognised for her leadership in the disaster relief operation following hurricanes Irma, Maria and José in the Caribbean. Miranda also spent two years as the executive assistant for a senior military leader in the Ministry of Defence Headquarters in Whitehall.
Having dedicated her undergraduate dissertation to a study of feminism and the military, Miranda has continued to be passionate about diversity and inclusion in leadership and the importance of encouraging healthy, challenging discussion and driving culture change.
