1. All bookings to be made via our online booking form.

2. An email confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your booking.

3. In the event of a cancellation, the following charges will apply:  - Four months prior to event 50% of total cost - Three months prior to event 100% of the total cost

4. If you submit your booking less than 30 days prior to event day, payment must be made in full and funds cleared prior to attending the event. 

5. DIAL Global Limited reserves the right to cancel any registration without warning at any time prior to the start of the event, if all fees due have not been paid by the relevant time.

6. In the event that DIAL Global Limited is not successful to cancel the booking prior to the event, delegates whose fees have not been paid by the start of the event, will be required to pay on-site or refused access to event.
