THE TEAM

We live across the UK and work remotely, meeting up once a month (more if there’s an event) to pull off small but mighty projects!

 

Our team is diverse - we’ve got more women than men on board, but they’re all pretty awesome. Some have children, some have pets, some have plants. Some enjoy sports and fitness, others camping and the great outdoors or traveling or simply kicking back with a glass of wine. On occasion we’ll enjoy a game of Herd Mentality together, though some take the mooing (yes, mooing) far more seriously than others.

 

If you ask us why we work at DIAL, it’s probably because we’re all passionate about diversity and have a favourite facet or three.
