DIAL GLOBAL INDEX

The DIAL Global Index is a strategic diagnostic and benchmarking tool designed to help organisations understand where they are on their inclusion journey and where they need to go next. More than a measurement exercise, it is the first step in a results-driven partnership that enables organisations to embed meaningful, sustainable culture change which is the key to commercial growth and innovation.

The Index has been developed in collaboration with global leaders across industry, and reflects the evolving challenges and opportunities within today’s business landscape. It enables senior teams to gain clarity, uncover gaps, and align their inclusion efforts with broader business goals.

Unlike traditional approaches, the DIAL Global Index provides a more holistic, structured view across six key pillars, known as the CITIES framework:

Culture - understanding the lived employee experience and organisational behaviours

Inclusion - exploring belonging, voice, and psychological safety

Talent - assessing representation, progression, and access to opportunity

Impact - measuring how DEI strategy translates into real-world outcomes

Equity - identifying and addressing systemic barriers within processes and practices

Social - evaluating the organisation’s wider social responsibility and influence

Participation in the DIAL Global Index is a powerful statement of intent, but the real transformation happens through what comes next. The organisations that make the greatest progress are those who partner with us to go beyond benchmarking, and invest in building inclusive cultures with purpose, integrity, and impact.

The data tells the story. But we help you change the ending.

OUR 2025 RELEASE EVENTS

A hugely successful 2025 - 5th Anniversary - Dial Global Index Summits in New York, London and Istanbul.

Across three flagship summits in 2025, Dial Global reinforced its position as a focused on turning leadership intent into measurable outcomes.

1. Strong senior-level engagement

  • Consistent participation from C-suite, CHROs, CPOs, ESG leaders, and board-adjacent executives

  • High-quality attendance rather than volume, enabling depth, candour, and peer-level exchange

  • Clear appetite for closed, high-trust formats over traditional conference-style events

2. Shift from conversation to accountability

  • Summits moved beyond broad discussion into specific leadership questions, trade-offs, and decision-making challenges

  • Strong engagement around where systems fail, not just where intent exists

  • Clear demand for benchmarking and intelligence to support board-level conversations

3. AI and leadership intelligence emerged as defining themes

  • Leaders consistently surfaced uncertainty around AI, judgement, workforce impact, and risk

  • Strong interest in Ask DIAL as a way to support executive decision-making rather than automate it

  • Recognition that AI adoption without leadership clarity creates new exposure

4. Clear validation of systems-level framing

  • Strong resonance with Dial Global’s focus on systems, power, and decision-making, rather than policies or programmes

  • Repeated acknowledgement that inclusion efforts stall when leadership accountability is unclear

  • Growing alignment on the need to translate the “S” in ESG into commercial intelligence

5. Momentum for deeper engagement models

  • Increased interest in Executive Salons, Impact Council participation, and enterprise-level engagement

  • Leaders expressed preference for ongoing dialogue and intelligence, not one-off events

  • Strong pipeline for 2026 salons and partnership conversations

6. Tangible outputs feeding 2026 strategy

Insights from the three summits directly informed:

  • the evolution of the Dial Global Index 2026

  • refinement of Ask DIAL use cases

  • the structure and focus of the Impact Council

  • the design of the 2026 Executive Salon series

The 2025 summits demonstrated that Dial Global has earned trust at senior levels. It identified a clear gap in leadership and workforce intelligence, built momentum toward scalable, repeatable engagement models

They laid the groundwork for Index-led growth, deeper partnerships, and expanded influence in 2026.
