The World Economic Forum and 55 members of the Partnering for Racial Justice in Business Initiative have created a Global Racial and Ethnic Equity framework to give organisations a roadmap to approaching and addressing racial inequity at all levels through areas such as leadership commitment, work environment, recruitment, retention and development, technological fairness and more.

"High turnover rates, presenteeism, and toxic work cultures are symptoms of a larger problem: the failure to accommodate individual needs," making personalisation, accessbility and inclusion extremely important to future-proof workforces.
